Had an awesome time with my friends! We hit the beach and enjoyed the pool. The service was top-notch, especially from Enrique and Favio in the restaurants. The outdoor dining areas were fantastic, and the food was excellent. Definitely a great spot for group vacations!

One issue was the strong chemical smell in our original room at check-in, which was pretty off-putting.

Additionally, the fitness center lacked functional equipment, since many machines were out of order and weight options were minimal. Guests often faced difficulties in securing dinner reservations during peak hours, limiting dining flexibility.

I really enjoyed my 8-night stay in the Resort View Room, especially the fun poolside bar and relaxing beach area where I soaked up the sun. There’s plenty of space to unwind with sun loungers and a beautiful garden area nearby. The only hiccup was a slight wait for room service, but it didn’t spoil the great vibe!

The Mexican restaurant was a huge letdown. Food was served cold and lacked freshness, making it hard to enjoy. Additionally, securing dinner reservations was a nightmare. I couldn't get a table between 6-8:30 pm on any night.
