    We hit the beach and enjoyed the pool. The service was great, especially from Enrique and Favio in the restaurants. The outdoor dining areas were fantastic, and the food was excellent. Definitely a great spot for group vacations!

    One issue was the strong chemical smell in our original room at check-in, pretty off-putting.

    The hotel is fairly clean and huge, has efficient staff and magnificent location to pretty much everything. A premium room has basic facilities you need. The breakfast with an omelette station and fresh squized juices, for example is free and enjoyable for what is offered...

    Excellent setting, efficient and extremely friendly staff.

    Well-appointed rooms with a safe box, multi-channel TV and a mini-fridge-bar. Free breakfast, with plenty of food. Location right by the wonderful shopping areas and restaurants and places to spend money. All the staff was willing to help.

    The Marriott CasaMagna in Cancun is one of the best values located in the Hotel Zone. The staff speaks English and is overall helpful. The facility is situated in the middle of the hotel zone and has one of the best beaches available. There are several dining options on the premises and a few more right across the street.

    The staff can be more helpful at times. In addition the facility needs some updating.

    Hello booking. Shirinkin stayed at the Marriot Casa Magna from 15-16 November, but the money was withdrawn from his nebyli card. Representatives of the hotel sent me a letter saying that they forgot to take payment for one night with Mr. Shirinkina. Now they are asking for a copy of his credit card, but then you have all the information and you should withdraw the money in one night
